We took our time leaving in the morning to let the rush hour finish before we drove through Sacramento . It was about an hour and a half to get here. It's a nice park completely surrounded a good size lake. Marv met a fellow named Gary in turtle beach park and suddenly he was in this park when we registered. He said he had met another guy from BC who worked for hitachi. We went for a walk and sure enough there was Dave a guy marv worked with,
They were having a float and fly weekend which are model planes that take off on the lake and fly around. Toys run from 250 to 5 grand. Marv has a good time visiting with the guys flying them.
He wishes he had his fishing rod.
Beautiful sunsets right outside our window. We were only going to stay one night but stayed 2.
