Sunday was a pretty quiet day. There was a machine for awhile but it did not stay long and the workers came back to pull the boards off the pool but they did not make much noise.We lay around the pool and pretty much did nothing. I wanted to go out for lunch but since it was quiet here Marv convinced me to wait until the next day.
The other day there were at least 100 motor cycles down by the gas station, they all came and left at once but we hear alot of them racing around so they must still be in the area.
Last year when I went home the doc said I had a perforated ear drum, I think I know when it happened, it was one of the days when the rock drill was running before they put the muffler on it. At any rate it took forever to heal and caused me some issues for several months. Now I think it may have happened again from the cement loader. The same ear is really sensitive now and I wear an ear plug in it much of the time because noise makes it hurt.
Kindle books had a big sale on this morning, choice of 900 books for 99 cents. So I have alot of reading to do lol. If you are considering an E book reader I would definitely recommend a Kindle. I am not so sure about the new Kindle Fire, it does more like a tablet but I have heard you can not read it as well outside.
