MEXICO DAY 23

Well day 23 just flew by and we didn't even go anywhere. We woke up late (7:30). I poked around most of the day, finished my xmas cards, put meatballs in the slow cooker and I don't know what else. At 3 I woke up Mr Lazybones and we went to the pool for a relaxing swim (NOT). The jerks from next door are back. If you read the blog last year they were the ones that put all their junk in the lobby area we share including their motor bike. This year they so far have only one pile out there and the bike is on  the bridge path we walk on to get into the building. The lady seems nice enough but the rest of their group  are a real pain in the butt. They are loud and annoying. The guy next door is just plain weird, he asks me the oddest questions. The 2 from yesterday were,, do you have pictures on your walls in your condo,, and when I said yes, he said do you have a TV... Hello,, when is the last time you have stayed anywhere that did not have a tv.  The good news is they have been quiet at night and leave Saturday. They have decided that each year they will gather the clan together and spend the American Thanksgiving here. Joy lol. The bad news is that Joanie goes home tomorrow, I will miss her. Dwight is staying down til closer to Xmas.

So the music and speeches the other night were not re the Revolution celebration but a skate board tournament. The reason the cruise ship stayed so long was that they could not go to Acapulco. Seems for security reasons that port can only have 1 ship in at a time rather than 4. I tell you the people that got to spend more time here are the winners. People were happy around here saying they have never seen the lights on the dock before. It sure was pretty. Last night was a quiet night and so peaceful we didn't want to go to bed.
