MEXICO DAY 2

Dennis and Karen are arriving today so we spent Day 2 preparing for their arrival. 

Not sure what that stain was out in the hall but he spent some time getting it out

So you might be asking what was I doing, well my job was to make up the bed in one of the guest rooms but all 4 beds were already made up :)

He had to change and wait for the breeze to die down for the messy part

We then went to Super Chez. We are so amazed at the new products they have there now, even Campbell Soup and Marv found some eggs that look like they are specially packaged and cost more but we suspect they are inspected. He had eggs yesterday, he had to throw some more away, I did not ask. We will get the expensive ones next time.

Time to relax,, and as expected we have the pool to ourselves.

I decided to make a Mexican meal for dinner. Darn it I looked high and low for the cookbook that I had left down here last year but its gone, or at least I can't find it. I was disappointed because I bought and brought it down last year. Its really good, talks about where certain Mexican foods are grown and produced, how to pronounce the names and how to use plus recipes. It was really interesting. So when we knew we were coming back this year I decided to leave it here for others to enjoy fully expecting it would still be here when I returned,, but I guess as they say No good turn goes unpunished.

Dinner turned out just fine - left overs for breakfast.

I can't believe it we have not even gone down to the beach yet, just hanging out enjoying the condo.
